Myanmar 2017

July 12-22, 2017

Trip Cost: $3,300
Application Deadline: April 1, 2017

Mingalabar! Hello from Myanmar.  A country that has been closed off from the outside world for years is now welcoming others to come and see the beauty of the country and the people that will steal your hearts.

Celebrate the innocence and purity of the beautiful Burmese children of Myanmar who have been preventatively rescued from from the sex trade. Our partnership with Remember Nhu is bringing hope to this country, and you can be part of the blessing. The children in our rescue homes in both Thailand and Myanmar wait each year with eager anticipation for our teams to return.  As teams from Hear The Cry have continued to build relationships with these kiddo's and staff the trust and friendship has grown.

During our stay in Yangon we will spend time at both the boys and girls homes playing with the kiddos, helping with homework, and offering a great VBS. There are plenty of projects on the grounds and the homes to help with while the children are at school, along with encouraging the staff and bringing some of our long term missionaries a breath of home.  The culture and religious influence in the country cannot be overlooked. This trip will bring insight and depth to how lives are structured here.
